As we did not live in the house at that point and were several hours away, she kindly found for us invariably excellent handymen, painters, and more to get the work done in a timely and professional manner. She went over to the house many many times to meet with these workmen and check on the progress of all these projects over several months. She kept in close touch with me consistently. Mary recently help me sell the family property. She was able to work with five owners, five ideas and one property. Mary was able to pull her team together to market the property, find us a surveyor, work thru the details of competing offers. She was able to help me weed out the non serious buyers from the ones truly interested in buying the property.
